Hiring For ROR Developer

Basic qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years professional experience in software development; you will be able to discuss in depth both the design and your significant contributions to one or more projects
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals: data structure, algorithm, distributed system design, database, and design patterns.
• Strong coding skills with Ruby on rails language along with expertise in technologies like Delayed Jobs, PouchDB.
• Java and related technology exposure is a plus
• Transportation, supply chain and logistics domain exposure is a plus
• Exposure in building and maintaining Web application. Preferred to have worked on React screens, using Javascript & Ajax for dynamic and interactive user interfaces.
• REST, JavaScript/Typescript, MySql, MongoDB, ReactJS, Azure, machine learning, geolocation and mapping API
• Familiarity with DevOps practices for deployment and maintenance.
• Understanding of Supply chain and transportation business is a plus.

Preferred qualifications

• Ruby On Rails, Web app development, etc
• Experience in optimizing database performance.
• Exposure to business workflow building
