Position : Management Trainee - Operations

Location : Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Understand the business objectives through periodic alignment reviews; coordinate with cross functional teams for lifecycle management; capacity ramp, site qualification/transfers, efficiently and effectively transfer new products to production.
• Influence profitability by reducing aged inventory and properly managing disposal of excess inventory.
• Manage product availability to desired business requirements; via demand fulfillment on schedule, within lead time, Allocation in constrained supply situation and handle key customer expedites.
• Business Planning with focus on mid and long-term horizon that encompasses defining demand outlook.
• Consolidated capacity planning driving business objectives of profitable growth and satisfying customer demand.
• Contribution to manufacturing strategy and capacity development initiatives to align with the supply chain.
• Be a SPOC and interface for all cross functional activities and initiatives managing internal cross functional supply chain planning activities.
• New Product ramp, demand and capacity planning activities ensuring NPI success

Education and Skills Required: -

• BE/B.Tech in EEE, ECE, or Mechanical Engineering, along with an MBA in any specialization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
