Engineer- Mechanical Design

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with cross functional team to ensure tooling solutions meet product specifications and manufacturing requirements.
• Coordinate with vendor for quotation, specification finalization, internal process for approval and PO release by coordinating within cross functional teams, ensure supplier meets specification and supplies the equipment as per the requirement.
• Work within budget constraints to develop cost-effective tooling solutions without compromising safety, quality and performance.
• Conduct testing and validation of new tooling and automation systems to ensure performance, reliability, and safety.
• Maintain thorough documentation of tooling equipment's, specifications, and procedures. Ensure that tooling processes and equipment comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Conduct testing and validation of new tooling and automation systems to ensure performance, reliability, and safety.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in Mechanical engineering with minimum 2 to 6 years of experience is preferred.
• Experience in design and development of SPMs, Manufacturing Line, Jigs and Fixtures, and robotics, Sheet and weld metal, DFM, AND DFA. is Preferred.
