- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Job Postings & Descriptions:
- Develop clear, compelling job descriptions and post on relevant platforms to ensure broad visibility.
- Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial phone screenings, in-depth interviews, and coordinate interview schedules for hiring managers.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with department leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through offer acceptance.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and manage offer letters and background check processes.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities within the ATS, ensuring compliance with hiring policies and regulations.
- Market Research & Talent Mapping: Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to ensure competitive recruiting strategies.
- Employer Branding: Assist in promoting as an employer of choice through various recruitment marketing strategies and social media presence.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Partner with HR to help drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in the hiring process, ensuring that recruitment practices are inclusive and equitable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for technical or specialized roles.
- Familiarity with data-driven recruitment strategies (e.g, metrics, KPIs, and reporting).
- Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Certification in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources (e.g , SHRM-CP, PHR, etc)
