TOSCA Automation Engineer - Performance Testing (5-8 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned Tosca Automation Engineer to contribute to a long-term project with a leading company.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Tosca, while fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within the QA team.

Key Responsibilities :

Test Script Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive automated test scripts using Tosca, ensuring high-quality and efficient testing coverage.

Automation Integration :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing into the development lifecycle, promoting a shift-left testing approach.

Team Mentorship :

- Mentor and support the QA team in adopting best practices for test automation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Tool Proficiency :

- Leverage tools such as Azure DevOps and Selenium (nice-to-have skills) to enhance automation capabilities and streamline workflows.

Key Requirements :

Tosca Expertise :

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tosca, demonstrating proficiency in scripting test automation and leveraging its features effectively.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, defect management processes, and quality assurance principles.

Problem-Solving :

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, capable of identifying and resolving complex testing challenges.

Collaboration :

- Ability to work effectively in a remote, agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and fostering a positive team culture.

Adaptability :

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and testing frameworks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications :

Cloud Experience :

- Experience with cloud-based testing environments (e.g, Azure, AWS) is a plus.

Performance Testing :

- Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques is beneficial.

API Testing :

- Experience with API testing frameworks and tools is advantageous
