Senior React.js Developer - Frontend Architecture

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior React.js Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and GraphQL

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate product requirements into technical solutions.

- Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.

- Optimize application performance and user experience.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the web development industry.

- Mentor and guide junior developers.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in React.js development

- Advanced knowledge of Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR)

- Proficiency in Tailwind CSS and GraphQL API

- Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

- Experience with Redux, Flux, or similar state management solutions

- Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs

- Experience with modern front-end build pipelines (Webpack, Babel, etc.)

- Deep understanding of performance optimization techniques

- Strong knowledge of authorization mechanisms (e., JSON Web Token)

- Experience in Banking/Finance/FinTech domain is a plus
