Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned TOSCA Lead to spearhead our testing efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software testing methodologies, a strong command of TOSCA, and a proven track record of leading successful test automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies aligned with project objectives and business requirements.

- Create detailed test plans, including test cases, test scenarios, and test data, to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Estimate testing efforts, resource allocation, and timelines to optimize the testing process.

- Leverage advanced TOSCA functionalities to design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts.

- Utilize TOSCA's capabilities for API testing, web application testing, and other relevant test automation domains.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in test automation and TOSCA.

- Design, implement, and maintain a scalable and reusable test automation framework.

- Integrate TOSCA with other tools and technologies to create a seamless testing ecosystem.

- Continuously improve the test automation framework to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Execute automated test suites and analyze test results to identify defects and performance issues.

- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

- Generate detailed test reports and metrics to track progress and measure testing effectiveness.

- Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, providing guidance and support.

- Foster a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and business analysts.

Required Certifications :

- AS1: Automation Specialist Level 1

- AS2: Automation Specialist Level 2

- AE1: Automation Engineer Level 1

- TDS1: Test Design Specialist Level 1

- TDS2: Test Design Specialist Level 2

- TA1: Test Architect Level 1

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years focused on test automation.

- Proven expertise in Tosca test automation.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead initiatives.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in API testing and service virtualization.

- Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Familiarity with other automation tools and frameworks is a plus
