About the Role :

- We are seeking experienced Senior QA - Playwright Engineers with a strong focus on automation using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.

- As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive automated test scripts using Playwright to validate product functionality, performance, and user experience.

- Develop robust API test automation solutions to ensure the reliability and security of our APIs.

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and maintainable automation frameworks from scratch.

- Execute automated tests, analyze test results, and identify and report defects.

- Work closely with development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize testing efforts, and resolve issues.

- Continuously improve our testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Create and maintain clear and concise test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

- Work effectively within an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and maintainability.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 6-8 years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.

- Strong proficiency in Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.

- In-depth understanding of API testing concepts and tools.

- Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks from scratch.

- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including black-box, white-box, and gray-box testing.

- Experience with Git and continuous integration tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, Bamboo, GitHub Actions, etc.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Willingness to work in a UK shift
