About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Tester with over four years of strong automation experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in using Test Complete or similar tools such as UFT or TOSCA. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our IT software products through effective automation testing strategies.

1. Test Automation Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Test Complete or similar tools.

- Collaborate with the development team to understand application features and create comprehensive test

plans.

2. Test Execution and Reporting :

- Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify defects and ensure product quality.

- Document and report test results, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

3. Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA automation.

- Contribute to the enhancement of testing frameworks and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field; a postgraduate degree is preferred.

- Over four years of experience in QA automation testing.

- Proficiency in using Test Complete or similar tools such as UFT or TOSCA.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Relevant certifications in QA or automation testing are highly desirable.
