Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Tosca Automation Tester with extensive experience on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in both Tosca and Salesforce, coupled with strong administrative skills. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce implementations through effective test automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Tosca for Salesforce applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design effective test cases.

- Perform thorough testing and validation to ensure high-quality software delivery.

- Utilize SOQL for querying Salesforce data to support testing activities.

- Manage Salesforce security and sharing settings to ensure application compliance with organizational policies.

- Conduct basic troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues within the Salesforce environment.

- Use Data Loader and other tools for data manipulation and migration tasks.

- Document test results, generate reports, and provide insights to stakeholders.

- Continuously improve test processes and tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of experience in Tosca Automation Testing, specifically on Salesforce projects.

- Salesforce Administrator certification and/or Tosca certification are must

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.

- Proficient in Salesforce administrative tasks such as SOQL, sharing and security settings, troubleshooting, and data management using Data Loader.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain complex test automation frameworks.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
