Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Use social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, etc.) to generate new business leads. Identify potential clients and initiate contact to introduce the company's products or services.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with leads through calls, emails, and messages to build rapport and understand their needs. Customize pitches to suit their specific requirements.
  • Sales Pitching: Present and pitch the company's offerings to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and expectations. Focus on clear value propositions to drive interest and conversions.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior. Analyze data from social media and other platforms to find new opportunities for growth.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring continued engagement and business growth.
  • Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with leads, ensuring they receive adequate information and are guided through the sales process until closure.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to overall business goals.
  • Reporting: Track and report on the status of business development activities, including lead generation, conversion rates, and client feedback.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customer pain points and requirements, and tailor the sales approach to offer appropriate solutions that add value to their business.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferred) OR a fresher with a strong understanding of lead generation, especially through social media.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch confidently and clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Strong knowledge and experience using social media platforms for lead generation and outreach.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand client needs and pitch products/services in a way that adds value to their business.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Goal-Oriented: Driven by goals, with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets. Must be self-motivated and proactive.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
  • Technology Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, social media analytics, and lead generation platforms.
