Job Title: Business Development Manager (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Gap Identification: Actively research and understand industry-specific business challenges and technological gaps that can be addressed through software solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Leverage your network and company resources to engage with potential clients and key decision-makers, fostering relationships and identifying opportunities for technological improvements.
  • Collaborative Solution Scoping: Partner with the CEO and technical teams to help design custom software solutions based on client needs, ensuring the solutions are feasible and in line with company capabilities.
  • Strategy & Proposal Development: Develop and present tailored proposals to clients, clearly communicating how technology solutions will address their unique business challenges.
  • Sales & Business Development: Actively prospect, pitch, and close business deals with clients. Focus on building long-term, consultative relationships that position technology solutions as strategic business enablers.
  • Lead Generation & Market Research: Use your network, industry events, and research to uncover new leads and opportunities. Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas for new business.
  • Feedback & Collaboration: Work closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth project execution and gather client feedback for continuous service improvement.

  • New Business Opportunities: Establish a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and propose technology solutions that provide value to clients.
  • Successful Project Wins: Secure new projects based on effective solution identification and client relationship management, leading to long-term partnerships.

  • Client Satisfaction & Retention: Maintain strong relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Skills & Abilities:
