Job Description

HelloGrahakk seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The Field Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.

This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead-generation activities.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by targeting potential clients and shopkeepers.
  • Customer Acquisition:
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and effectively present our products/services.
  • Close sales deals to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and strategies.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the sales manager.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Any Graduate.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in a similar role.
  • Sales Enthusiast Freshers can also apply.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex product features and benefits.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication:

  • Proactive and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
