Role: Legal Officer

Location: Bangalore

Job Purpose:

The Legal Officer will handle the day-to-day activities of the legal department, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role also involves supporting the IPO process, investor onboarding, and other corporate legal requirements. This is a critical position requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proficient in end to end Due diligence processes and Business Transfer agreements

2. Working knowledge for obtaining statutory and regulatory approvals

3. ⁠Assist in strategizing/deal structuring

4. ⁠Drafting of policies, contracts, joint venture documents, notices, letters, tender documents etc.

5. ⁠Monitor and ensure overall compliance applicable to manufacturing companies

6. ⁠Assist in IPO and Post listing compliances

7. ⁠Assist in documentation for acquisition of land, work on lease agreements

8. ⁠work with cross functional teams ensuring closure of legal deliverables

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in law (LLB); masters degree in law (LLM) preferred.
• Experience: 02-06 years
