AVP / DVP / Portfolio Manager - Wealth Management

JobResponsibilities

CustomerAcquisition Minimum of 1 Cr. - 5 Cr and above investable surplus

FinancialPlanning (FP) and Portfolio Services

Execution oftransactions post FP and on periodical basis

Manage PrivateWealth, PMS and AIF fund related queries

Ensure deliveryof various MIS reports as per requirements

To develop shortterm and long term sales strategies for the WM business in line with theoverall strategic goals of the organization

To establishstandardized and efficient sales processes to ensure quality control andefficient customer service delivery

Ensure disciplineof asset allocation

Achieve a balanceof revenue streams through sale of MF which will build a steady annuity flowand through all other asset class

To drive strongclient servicing and client engagement parameters, to enhance marketcredibility and deliver superior value proposition

Continuouslearning, to be better equipped than our competitors

To closelyobserve, evaluate and monitor the client positions, portfolio allocations andensure that they fall within risk and advisory parameters as laid down by Risk,Compliance and Research Teams

To ensureadherence to internal and external Financial advisory guidelines and RiskPolicies and ensure standards are in place to minimize mis-selling instances

To continuouslyscan the competition/market and report on emerging trends or any newdevelopment or business opportunities for WM
