3) Upsell - Warehousing Solutions and Cross Sell Packaging and Last Mile solutions to the key accounts designated.
4) Monthly Business Review – Operations review and Business volume and revenue review
5) Alignment of Agreements Renewal on time before the expiry
6) Align Client feedback challenges, issues to Customer Success Team for resolution or align discussion with Operations Head
7) Payment Collection – Collection Payments within the due date
8) 100% Client Retention – Get Insider news from client is any alarming information in ears of the management for quick action.
