Description:
- The Human Resources Team Lead is responsible for leading the HR team in the development and implementation of human resources strategies and initiatives.
- The HR Team Lead will oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies to ensure a highly engaged workforce.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of HR strategies with overall company objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing HR projects from start to finish.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
