Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR plans and policies related to employee compensation, benefits, health, and safety.
- Formulate strategies for performance evaluations, staffing, training, and employee development.
- Supervise HR personnel and provide guidance on HR matters.
- Oversee all HR activities, systems, and strategic operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations and liaise with labor unions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Address grievances and enforce disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports using HR metrics for senior management.
- Communicate with external service providers, including housing, transport, and insurance providers.
- Develop policies to reduce absenteeism and employee turnover.
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, both at strategic and operational levels.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment teams and talent acquisition.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and execute with precision.
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and reports for decision-making.
- Ability to influence and lead employees at all levels.
- Experience in HR compliance, change management, and leadership development.
