Job Description :
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs for managed services offerings majorly for Microsoft services.
Job Role.
- Work with the Sales team to identify and qualify Managed Services (Microsoft Cloud, Network, EUS, and Security) opportunities.
- Act as a technical SME regarding managed services offerings.
- Own the technical direction for complex business analytics and data sales cycles.
- Prepare and deliver service/solution messaging to highlight Embee's value proposition and unique differentiators.
- Assist in the design and execution of business plans to accelerate Services sales exceed revenue goals, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Help our clients modernize and transform their IT infrastructure using Managed Services and Transformation solutions.
- Design, scope, and size of regular and cloud-native managed services.
Expertise :
- Experience in a customer-facing, sales-aligned role such as pre-sales managed services or service architect.
- Experience supporting Onsite, hybrid, and cloud services sales pursuits across enterprise-ready cloud landing zone design, application, and infrastructure migration, cloud operations, and cloud-native managed services.
- Strong business acuity.
- Extensive experience aligning technical solutions to business challenges.
- General knowledge of a broad range of technologies and solutions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree.
- 6+ years' of relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions in the industry area.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
