Products are demanded in the market during season. If season not work nobody can sale the products. Job security. Salary benefits. Company is upgrading as per the market behaviour.
Increment structure of company is worst. ASM are useless guys in the company. No work and full masti = ASM. RSDM is also most useless post additionally created, but no profit to company for this guy. All type of pressure is only on front line staff. No pain to upper post. ASMs has lot of GYAN, but they are absolutely fail in the market to implement anything.
7-10 Yrs
