Executive Assistant

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
• Prioritize and manage emails, calls, and other communication channels.
• Draft and send correspondence (emails, letters, etc.) on the Director's behalf.
• Prepare agendas and talking points for meetings.
• Follow up on action items and ensure project completion.
• Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
• Manage expense reports and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Act as a point of contact for the Director, screening calls and visitors.
• Manage confidential information with discretion.
• Research and compile information for the Director.
• Proactively anticipate the Director's needs and take initiative.
• Maintain a professional and organized work environment for the Director.
