Senior Technical Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. 5+ years of proven experience in website development and management.

2. Extensive experience with the Shopify platform, including launching and managing stores.

3. Strong knowledge of Shopify Webhooks, Rest, Storefront, & GraphQL APIs.

4. Strong background in integrating Shopify with third-party applications and payment gateways (PayU, Eazebuzz, Billdesk, Simpl, etc).

5. Experience in integrating third-party checkout partners (e.g. Gokwik, Shiprocket/Fastrr, Shopflo, etc.)

6. Deep understanding of coding languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid).

7. Experience in the retail or D2C industry.

8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

9. Experience of working on common tools like GA4, MS Clarity, etc.

10. Strong project management and organizational abilities.

11. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

12. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage external Vendor
