Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage director's schedule, including fixing appointments and meetings.
  
• Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and other logistics.
  
• Provide secretarial support for administrative tasks such as correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  
• Develop personalized presentations and reports using strong communication skills.
  
• Possess excellent grammar knowledge to ensure professionalism in written and verbal communication.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-9 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any specialization).
  
• Excellent English writing, spoken English, presentation skills, personality development, EA/communication skills required.
