Generative AI Engineer - NLP/Tensorflow (5-8 yrs)

Candidate Profile :

- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI (e.g , GPT, GANs, VAEs) or related fields, with a strong focus on AI model development, training, and optimization.

- Technical Expertise: Proficient in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP), with advanced skills in tools such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.

- Model Development: Demonstrated experience in building and fine-tuning Generative AI models for various applications, including text generation, image synthesis, and other generative tasks.

- Data Handling: Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large datasets for training AI models, with a strong understanding of data management and data pipelines.

- Cloud Platforms: Experience deploying and managing AI models on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- AI Ethics: Knowledge of ethical AI practices, bias mitigation strategies, and responsible AI frameworks.

- Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business) to integrate GenAI solutions into products and services.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business.
