Technical Project Coordinator Job Description:

Were looking for a highly qualified Technical Project Coordinator to help us maintain our position as an innovative authority. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator with a strong technical background. The Project Coordinator will prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that our goal of innovation is being achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Developed and executed comprehensive project plans incorporating Agile Methodologies, including Scrum, and Kanban.
• Expertise in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and project management principles.
• Analyze user specifications and requirements and convert them into Wireframes, Able to estimate the deliverable and deliver it on time.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Expertise with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Zira).
• Led all aspects of the project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to the executive team, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Identified project risks and developed risk mitigation plans, proactively resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
• Understanding and documenting the Project requirements, and process flow for the development of websites, Web-based software applications, Mobile apps, and digitization works.
• Communicate project plans, and weekly deliverables to project teams, and tracking the status of deliverables, and follow up.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Ensured successful project closure and conducted thorough project reviews, documenting lessons learned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in BCA, MCA, B.Tech, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the IT industry.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, and PRINCE2).
• The Candidate should be from a Development background.
• Complete knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail, research, and multitasking skills
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
• Strong interpersonal skills to actively listen, and communicate in ways that foster trust and show flexibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent command of English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment under deadline pressures
