Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Develop detailed business requirements and user stories.

Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business requirements.

Create process flow diagrams and documentation.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter BA.

Strong understanding of business process analysis.

Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter BA.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
