Junior Business Analyst (1-5 yrs)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.

- Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.

Process Improvement:

- Evaluate existing business processes and recommend optimizations.

- Identify gaps and inefficiencies, proposing data-driven solutions to enhance productivity.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze business data to identify trends and insights.

- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic decision-making.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.

- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and review sessions to track progress.

Project Support:

- Assist in project planning, monitoring, and execution.

- Ensure deliverables meet business expectations and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: 1-2 years in business analysis or a related role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.

Documentation Tools: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or MS Office Suite.

UI/UX Familiarity: Exposure to tools like Figma is a plus.

Methodologies: Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in CCTV, Video Analytics, or related domains.

- Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, or ECBA).
