Manager - ServiceNow Development (7-12 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team and contribute to the development, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, and Workflow Automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Implement Incident, Problem, Change Management, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Request Management.

- Develop custom workflows, UI policies, business rules, client/server scripts, and integrations.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and Integration Hub.

- Optimize ServiceNow performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth platform upgrades.

- Implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

- Maintain security, compliance, and access control (RBAC) on ServiceNow.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development & administration.

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Workflow Automation.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, AngularJS, and UI development.

- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and third-party tool integration.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Certifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

- ITIL v3/v4 Certification
