Frontend Lead - React.js/React Native (6-15 yrs)

We are looking for Frontend Engineers with Team lead experience and React Native from Ecommerce domain who can join Immediately or up to 30 days.

You will play a key role in building high-performance, user-centric web and mobile applications using React.js & React Native. The ideal candidate comes from an e-commerce or fintech startup background and is eager to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand business processes and customer journeys to deliver optimal technical solutions.

- Contribute to technical and UX design discussions and documentation.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and application security.

- Own deployment, rollout, maintenance, and debugging across multiple devices and browsers.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to improve product efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in JavaScript and frontend development.

- Strong expertise in React.js & React Native for web and mobile applications.

- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

- Experience with UI/UX design principles is a plus.

- Exposure to backend technologies and DevOps is a bonus.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
