Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and revenue maximization for the machine division.
  
• Identify new market opportunities, build relationships with key customers, and acquire new businesses to expand the company's presence in the industry.
  
• Manage existing customer accounts through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs and improve overall operational efficiency.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to inform strategic planning decisions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 18-24 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).
  
• Proven track record of success in New Business Development, Key Account Management, New Market Development, Profit Growth, Business Strategy development.
