Engineer- EV battery proto build, Testing & homologation

Role & responsibilities

1. DFEMEA:

a) Draft DFMEA preparation

b) RPN ratings based on the simulation design data

c) Prepare the DFMEA based on the design of battery pack

2. Pack Testing

a) Battery packs need to be tested as per National and International standards

b) Prepare the Work instructions for the battery pack testing

c) Understand the customer requirement and preparation of DVP test plans and execution

d) Prepare the test reports & summary reports

3. Process validation:

a) Validate the process with new technologies and implementation in production line

b) Ensure the processes as per the design & quality requirements

c) Conduct the periodic audits for process

4. Analysing data

a) Analyse the field complaints

b) Prepare the test cases for the complaint which received from customer

c) Validate the customer complaint and RCA preparation

5. IATF Documents preparation

a) Ensure and adherence to IATF process
