Develop and implement sales strategies to surpass revenue targets for our EV powertrain products.
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the EV industry.
Manage and cultivate relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
Conduct sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations for potential clients.
Negotiate contracts aligning with company objectives and client needs.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities for strategic insights.
Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.
Represent the company at industry events to promote products and network with clients.
What we are looking for?
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering.
Sales experience, preferably in automotive, EV, or powertrain sectors.
Strong understanding of the EV powertrain industry and market dynamics.
