Head Engineering Program Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for PMO
• Responsible to manage customers and deliveries w.r.t. EV powertrain.
• Spearhead NPI and NPDs and track the same through PMP.
• Responsible for driving existing Electric Vehicle Programs.
• Responsible for new developments in Electric Vehicle domain.
• Responsible for Multiple projects delivery as per the timelines.
• Responsible for driving cross functional teams.
• Responsible for communicating program plans to all the stakeholders and management.
• Responsible for Cost management, Budgeting and tracking of the same.
• Leading enterprise portfolio cross-functional teams and stakeholders, managing impediments. Ensuring successful Agile deliveries to customers
• Lead Management Reviews, Design Reviews, Production Reviews for tracking Delivery timelines.
• Ensure Financial budgeting for the project and track the project cost and review the same with Finance department / Management.

Preferred candidate profile

• You should have expertise in delivering projects in Electric Vehicle Domain.
• You should have experience in managing cross functional teams for delivering EV or relevant automotive projects.
• Experience in using PMP, MS excel, SAP, Creo, Etc. softwares.
• Experience in development of Electric Vehicle components viz., Battery, Power Train, Charger, Etc.
• PMP Certification is must.
