Executive/ Senior Executive (Sales)

JOB DESCRIPTION – Executive/ Sr. Executive (Sales-Defence)
Department : Sales & Marketing (Defence)
Qualification : Graduate/ B.E.
Experience : Min.2- 3 years and preferably 4 to 5 years in similar field/role
Location : Mahape (Navi Mumbai)

Job Description:
1. Recording of inquiries, reviewing technical and commercial requirements
2. To get the prices from OEMs as per the requirements from the customer.
3. Correspondence between customers, suppliers and project management team for procuring prices,
getting technical & commercial clarifications related to tender requirements.
4. To coordinate with branches for preparation and submission of the proposals and tenders.
5. To increase the probability of getting the orders by making competitive proposals considering the
customer, competition and earlier quotes.
6. To support post sales team by calculating profit margins and preparing PO after receiving the
orders.
7. Consolidating all technical information for Technical and price negotiation meetings.
8. Preparing of various departmental reports.
9. Uploading of tenders on various e-portals such as Defproc, E-proc, GeM.
10. Preparing documents for third party inspection and relevant activities.
11. Preparing and submission of documents for Vendor registration.
