Job Description

Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Infocity, Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Experience: 3 to 8 years of experience


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, the ability to take direction, and work both independently and collaboratively. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to the teams productivity by supporting our SMART goals.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events to ensure efficient time management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and plan events, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and organizing files.
  • Execute additional tasks as directed by team members to ensure operational objectives are met.
  • Work closely with the team to identify needs, streamline processes, and enhance productivity.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English verbal & written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to take direction and work independently while managing multiple tasks
    efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on teamwork and productivity.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools and event management platforms.
