Role & responsibilities:

• Coordination with the district level Experts (Execution) and compilation of the JJM work execution progress from the districts under the jurisdiction of the PHED-Region.
• Report to respective Additional Chief Engineers, TSU (Chief / Assistant Chief) and other higher ups of department. Preparation and submission of quarterly reports.
• Work as a bridge between districts and the state level JJM / TSU team for facilitating faster work execution, quality control and monitoring of JJM works.
• Guide the Execution managers / district officers, EIC on technical issues.
• Must have grasp of all the managerial data pertaining to JJM/ TSU/ DPMUs/PHED department/TSU under the jurisdiction of the region and may be able to present / submit the project progress with strategic actions in the prescribed formats.
• Formulate strategies for rapid implementation of JJM in the region and monitor the process optimization measures.
• Critically examining the daily / monthly work execution reports submitted by each experts vis a vis performance of JJM scheme / project with quantity and quality of work supervised by the TSU experts. Monitor the Execution managers work effectively, keep record and take corrective measures in coordination with respective AE/ EE/ SE.
• Liaisoning with departmental officers, TSU experts, district / regional teams and other departments. for work execution and implementation of JJM activities for entire PHED region.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA Or Master's Degree in (PHE/ Civil Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/Mechanical Engineering) with graduation in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical) having 05 years of experience in Infrastructure Sector including 03 years' experience as Managerial Level for handling of PMUs/PMC/Supervision Consultancy / Third Party Inspection (Task must include the supervision of work execution)

OR

BBA Or Bachelor's Degree in (PHE/Civil Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/Mechanical Engineering) having 8 years of experience in Infrastructure Sector including 03 years' experience as Managerial Level for handling of PMUs/PMC/Supervision Consultancy / Third Party Inspection (Task must include the supervision of work execution)
