Role & responsibilities

Pre-Project Phase

1. Review and understand project requirements, scope, and specifications.

2. Develop project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.

3. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.

4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, production

Project Planning Phase

1. Develop and manage project schedules, including milestones and deadlines.

2. Create and manage project budgets, including costs and expenses.

3. Identify and allocate resources

4. Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.

Project Execution Phase

1. Oversee and manage project execution activities, including modular assembly and installation.

2. Coordinate with site teams and supervisors.

3. Manage and resolve site-related issues and challenges.

4. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Project Monitoring and Control Phase

1. Track and report project progress, including schedule and budget performance.

2. Identify and address deviations from project plans and schedules.

3. Manage and mitigate risks and challenges.

4. Ensure compliance with quality control plans and procedures.

Project Closure Phase

1. Oversee and manage project close-out activities, including final inspections

2. Ensure completion of all project tasks and activities.

3. Obtain Project Completion Certificate from clients.
