Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Social Media Content Writer and Poster to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content for our social media platforms, posting content, and managing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:

- Write high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Develop content calendars to ensure consistency and organization.

- Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and news.

2. Content Posting:

- Post content on social media platforms, ensuring timely and consistent posting.

- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media.

- Utilize social media analytics tools to track engagement and adjust posting strategy.

3. Social Media Management:

- Manage and maintain our social media presence, ensuring consistency across platforms.

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers and engagement.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.

4. Content Optimization:

- Optimize content for SEO, using relevant keywords and hashtags.

- Ensure content is visually appealing, using images, videos, and graphics.

Requirements:

1. Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

2. Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or related field.

3. Skills:

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

- Ability to create engaging, high-quality content.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

4. Tools and Software:

- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

1. Experience with social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads).

2. Knowledge of video production and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).

3. Certification in social media marketing or related field.
