HR Coordinator

Education Qualification:

Graduation in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in HR field

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of offboarding activities, including the return of company assets, access revocation, and necessary paperwork.
• Provide departing employees with necessary information and support regarding their departure, including details about benefits, final pay, and other relevant information.
• Provide support to the payroll manager in processing monthly salary
• Management of employee queries specially with regards to exit, F&F and payroll etc.
• Monthly reports and MIS

Skills Required:

• Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems
• Knowledge of human resource processes specially payroll management
• Sound knowledge of MS Office particularly MS excel, word and power point
• Attention to detail
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality
• Good organizational and time management skills
