Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
  
• Conduct background verifications, reference checks, and other pre-employment assessments as needed.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during onboarding new employees.
  
• Assist in exit formalities when required.
