Job Summary: The HR Generalist will support the HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The role involves various tasks related to human resources management. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of HR experience and be familiar with HR practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Prepare and update job descriptions as necessary.
2. Employee Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
3. HR Administration:
• Attendance Management
• Maintain and update HR databases and systems.
4. Employee Engagement:
• Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
• Gather and analyze employee feedback to improve workplace culture.
5. Talent Aquisitions:
• Should have experience in IT & NON Tech Hiring.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or MBA in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in an HR role.
• Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with documentation and onboarding process.
• Experience with recruitment.
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
