Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with expertise in statutory compliances, payroll, attendance management, performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition. Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to labor laws.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and performance appraisals.
• Handle employee relations and resolve grievances.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation.

Skills Required:

• Statutory compliance, payroll, and attendance management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications:

• MBA in HR or related field.
