Human Resource Generalist

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for End-to-End recruitment
• Expertise in sourcing & screening through social media channels and other innovative sourcing channels.
• Managing the vendors
• Contact labour Management
• Managing Payroll, Employee Benefits and Employee Relations
• Managing Statutory compliances
• Should have experience of collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop recruitment strategy, screen candidates, negotiate offers with candidates and create provisional offer letter.
• Preparing Offer Letter, Appointment Order, Transfer Order & Letter of Confirmation.
• Responsible for E-Database Maintenance (Web HRIS)
• Based on Competency Mapping, drafting TNA and Calendar
• Maintain Training records as per ISO Standards
• Scheduling OJT for Departments and circulating
• Preparing & submission of monthly reports of contracting employees to HR at HQ
• Maintenance of various registers under shops & establishments Act
• Submission of Half Yearly / Annual returns as per shops & Establishments Act
• Deduction of PT in salaries & filing half yearly returns with Corporation Office.
• Perform other job related to duties as & when requested by the Top Management.
