Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Analyze market trends and competitors activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services. Connection with Channel Partners.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Address customer issues and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure they are met. Report on the performance of the sales team, market trends, and sales activities to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or similar senior sales role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the designated area.
