Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-9 yrs)

Position: Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's entire sales process. This role involves leading sales strategies, supervising the team's performance, and ensuring the company meets its growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze industry sales trends to design effective strategies and enhance current ones.

- Enforce the company's sales policies on the ground and manage disciplinary actions when needed.

- Recruit, train, and manage sales teams in various regions to meet sales targets.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to generate and nurture potential leads.

Requirements:

- Education: Any graduate.

- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector or insurance.

- Field Experience: Prior experience in field jobs is required.

- Age Range: 21 to 38 years.

- Location: Local candidates preferred.
