Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at EduTest Solutions in Ahmedabad.

- The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policies and procedures.

- This role involves collaborating with various departments to support the organization's growth and success.

Qualifications:

- Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills.

- Training and Development expertise.

- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team.

- Bachelor's / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
