Business Development:
- Identify and target new corporate clients for online and offline exam services.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for sustained growth.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competition.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with corporate HR, learning and development, and recruitment teams.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions for their examination and assessment needs.
- Act as a point of contact for key clients, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets in the corporate sector.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery post-sale.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful campaigns targeting corporate clients.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and reports on sales activities and outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in education, HR solutions, or technology services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of corporate recruitment, training, and assessment processes.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
