Role & responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients within the education sector (schools, universities, coaching centers, etc.).
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education sector.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the education landscape and its challenges.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.3
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Willingness to travel extensively.
