Job Description
- Speaking with the existing customers, understanding their experience and extracting genuine feedback
- Assessing the customer feedback and reporting into the system
- Evaluating scope for upselling or other service requirements that we can deliver to the customer
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience
- Previous experience in customer relationship management role
- Proficiency in basic computers and CRM
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone conversation skills.
- The profile involves working from the office.
- The job locations are Bangalore and Gurgaon
- The candidate should have a functional laptop along with the mobile phone to be used for official work. The SIM card shall be issued by the company.
