Job Description
- Seek critical information from Customers to understand the requirement on laid out parameters via an outbound calling
- Call teachers, tutors Coaching Institutes to seek critical information on laid out parameters
- Help Customers over call, email chat to enable tools for Web presence efficient admissions management
- Proven experience as a Outbound calling Executive or relevant role
- Search the Internet to Find Information about Coaching Institutes, Tutors Tuition seekers
- Entering the information in the CRM.
- Liasoning and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.
- Coordination between the customer and in-house counseling team.
- Excellent Communication Skills, Good Telephonic skills and etiquette
- At Least 2 years of Experience in working in similar role
- Quick Learner
- Zeal to Learn and Perform
- Flair to calling as the job involves extensive calling.
- BPO / Customer service experience shall be an added advantage.
- Spoken English any of the vernacular languages-Hindi / Kannada / Telugu / Tamil / Marathi is mandatory
- The profile involves working from the office.
- The job locations are Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai and Hyderabad.
- The candidate should have a functional laptop along with the mobile phone to be used for official work. The SIM card shall be issued by the company
